I've seen that talked about before... it was definitely eye-opening. Things like eating a big meal then going to sleep, not eating breakfast... things SO many of us do already.
But I don't think there's any harm in an evening SNACK, and a lot of diet plans actually encourage it, although they disagree on what is best. One plan recommended a potato, another recommended an ounce of cheese and a small glass of red wine.0 -
