Oops, you better google "calores in peanut butter'...it's ALWAYS 90 calories per Tablespoon (even the low fat kind! )..if you've found a variety that is only 45 calories for 2 Tablespoons, please share it with me! Maybe you meant 45 calories for 2 TEAspoons?
They are talking about PB2. it's a powdered peanut butter - and the 45 cal is for 2 Tablespoons.

I eat at least 2 tablespoons of peanut butter every day.
I ate 5 tablespoons of peanut butter yesterday.0 -
I've never heard of PB2 until now. Please give me ideas on its use. Sounds great!!!!0

I buy this. I mix up 1 c. of the peanut flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1 tsp stevia in the raw and blend to get a little more airy and have even distribution of the salt and sugar. Then use just like the PB2. Much cheaper... and no sugar.
However, if I have the calories still left, I go for the no sugar natural peanut butter!!! Definitely!0 -
You can find pb2 on amazon for a lot cheaper than the stores plus it's not carried everywhere.
I live in New Haven CT and the closest store that carries it is in Burlington VT (about a 3.5-4 hour drive, close to 200 miles)
It doesn't taste exactly like regular PB, it's not as sweet. It's a different taste at first but it's good.
I never liked natural PB (like what you make at a health food place)
Plus you can make it as thin/thick you want, depends how much water you put it in.0 -
PB2 is found on amazon.com i love the stuff and helps out with making protein smoothies and brings the calories down.0

Peanut butter is my favorite food in the world. If I could I would put it on everything all the time.
As it is I put it in smoothies occasionally, dip my carrots/apples in it, or mash up a banana with it.
I rarely eat over 1.5 tablespoons but if I do it is worth it.
If you love it, eat it just be smart!0 -
Thanks! I'm going to try it!0

Yes in moderate portions. Don't think of this as a diet either, it has to be a lifestyle, way of living or it will never work.0

As long as it's not that blasphemous "reduced fat" PB
I have 3-4 tablespoons of PB every single day.0 -
I love natural peanut butter. I eat it everyday. It has healthy fats and protein.
yum yum yummmm0 -
Love the natural peanut butter. It is my daily sustenance! ;-) It is also my super marathon food. Before each marathon I eat 2 PBJ's made with really nice jam and natural peanut butter..yummy!0

I love peanut butter! PB2 is great too! I always have a jar of both in my house.0

I have to learn to stay away from it.. I know people say it is healthy fat but i have been eating it and i have not been losing and of course i probly eat to much of it.. So i think i get enough fat anyway or i would not be fat.. so there is fat in everything really so i dont really nees to find food that has alot of fat in them to eat. Even if it is good fat. I am addicted to it so i need to stay away.
I hope i start losing soon since i have cut it out some.. i am winging myself off of it lol0 -
All Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter is a mainstay in my daily meal plan... I have it every morning for breakfast and it definitely has not hindered my weightloss in the least bit.....0
-
It's a healthy and delicious food - of course you can have it while dieting. However, watch how much you eat as it's high in calories. Fit it into your intake and you'll be fine!0

Sure, I put in in my porridge or have it on toast or crackers before I go for a run.
Just watch the portion size. My preference is for one that is made of peanuts without other stuff added - I don't trust the "light" ones as they have a lot of extra things that I don't think are necessary.0
