I'd like to know how much you spend on weight training.

Thanks.

    45 minutes - 1 hour / 3 x per week. This includes stretching time.

I tend to do an all over body workout each time, so it's just barely enough time to get through what I want to do.

40 mins excluding warm-up and cool down, 3 days/week. When I work out with my PT she manages to get me through it in 30 mins.

1 hour 5 times a week, alternating between upper and lower body. I am on an intense spring bootcamp training program right now, but once I'm done, I will be back to doing about 30 minutes 4-5 times a week :)

Used to be 45-60 minutes three times a week but Ive started NROLFW and still adjusting to 30 minutes three times a week. I hear though that the sessions get longer and longer even up to 90 minutes :/

  • I lift for like 45-60 minutes, any longer and it would be working against my body as my glycogen stores will be zapped by then
