    I am down 1 more pound this week and I managed to get 5 days of exercise in last week. I am going to have to up it though so I can lose 2 more for next week and my vacation! (ok I just want to hit the 50lbs mark... it is sooo close! :happy: )

    Good Morning Summer Challengers,


    I am excited today! On so many different levels, but the first being my lb loss since yesterday. I had to weigh in for the Red High Heels Group yesterday and had no change since last week and today, I am down a lb. YAY me!!! As well, it's Friday... bonus for all! And it's my last day at work before my Annual Leave... YAY for me! It is a good good day!

    Check my profile later today. We took updated photos this morning. I am feeling GOOD!!! :tongue:

    181 this morning yeah!!!!
    By the looks of it, you guys are really taking the bull by the horns and killing the challenge, so proud of you all.
    Just spent a day at the beach in beautiful La Costa, San Diego and I am toasted to a crisp....
    where's my nivea cream????
    Got in 3 workouts this week...not the greatest but with Summer Vacation I feel like a taxi cab and caterer more and more. I mean, where's the time for ME.
    Will promise to change that next week and power out 5 work outs.

    Sorry i didn't check in this past week. I just got home from vaca. I'm still...unfortunately...at the same weight. I'm going to try and push myself way over my comfort zone this week. I need to lose this weight!

    Hi Everyone!

    Sorry I missed the weigh in last week. I was away on vacation. Apparently I did something right while I was away... as of this morning I am down 6 pounds since July 24! I am now down 55 total since the end of January and 12 for this challange. I have 6 more to go to meet my 18 pound goal by the end of the month (since I started late). I might actually make it!

    Great job everyone! And Congrats Candace! way to go on the 20 lbs!
