New - Any Advice ?

I have been using myfitnesspal on my iphone since January 2012. This is the first time I have been online and was excited to see others comments and advice.. I have lost 11 lbs since I started. I have totally changed my eating habits and have been exercising. My excercising isnt the most intense due to I had neck surgery a few years ago plus I have back issues. I seem to have stalled and havent lost anything for two weeks now. Very frustrating to say the least What can I do to jumpstart my weight loss again?

    Carb cycle ever 4 days. When your body eats the same Amount of calories and carbs everyday. Metabolism slows. It's importnt to shock the body at least once a week. Up your calorie 200 for that day and increase carbs. Then continue on your normal intake he next day.
