I swim a lot and I can tell the diference in my theighs especially. I dpn't see how it couldn't help some.0

Yes, it firms up everything. If you do flip turns you can get your abs too. It's also great cardio. :happy:0

Yes the great all round exercise, but try varying your swimming stroke for each length0
