    It's pretty much the same, but, you could actually just take your weight and multiply it by .04 and that gives you your weight loss goal. Example: 232*.04=9.24. It just cuts out a step. :)

    had a bad week. was in hospital, pumped four bags of IV fluids into me and actually gained weight...depressing...started out at 178....it will get better when I am able to move again and get with the exercising again and back on the wagon. right now the wagon hit a bump and threw me over the top....it will be alright

    Well, I took on the challenge and with a little more than a week to go...i don't think I am going to hit my goal. I am so horrible at sticking with anything. I go 3-4 days and do AWESOME and then I will splurge...when I say splurge, I don't mean a whole day of binging, but, like today, co-workers wanted to go to Chinese, so, I went...and now I am beating myself up for going b/c I feel guilty b/c I am trying to lose weight. What worse can you eat than Chinese!!!! And it really sucks b/c I have no support at home b/c my husband does the whole "You're too hard on yourself, you should be happy with you, I love you the way your are crap." I need friends to keep me on track. Friend me if you are willing to add another to your list and help me be accountable!
