      And some awesome people...I have made friends here that I will be meeting in the near future and will probably be friends with for life. The support. The humor (when it's allowed). Oh yeah...and it's nice to have a place that's easy to count calories and ****. :wink:

      The best thing I have found since being on MFP is findoung out that food has calories init! :laugh: Sounds daft right? Well before i found this website i never knew calories exsisted! I always used to think i could eat whatever and whenever I wanted and everything will be fine.. But i was wrong! My clothes started to get smalller, but then i realised i was gaining weight!, i ballooned out to a masssive 16stone 6 lbs! and was a size 18-20 UK in clothes at the age of 17:sad: .. Soo something had to be done! Now i check the calories on every single item of food i pickup whilst shopping, and i weigh out all my foods :)

      The people that are so supportive, the message boards full of so much information and the calorie counter. Also thank you for the info on the bar code scanner I didn't know about that either.
