Thank you people for nice tips and sharing the pain
and LOL people for the funny comments!0 -
Implants make you grow boobs, not exercise. There aren't many options beyond that.0
-
LOL..Big boobs are nothing to celebrate...IMO. I like them, but I would not be hurt if I was a smaller size like a 38 DD or so.0
-
I went from a 36D to 34DD - may need to get measured again though as my cup is a tad too big again0
-
I want to lose!! And I have lost a good bit so far. I started as a 36DD, and now I can almost perfectly fit into a 36C! I'd love them to shrink a little more. I didn't like my big boobs. They made fitting into certain shirts not-so-fun, and they gave me back pain! It's gone now.0

Uhh well performing many pectoral exercises will make your boobs APPEAR bigger because you'll be building the chest muscles...more perkier than bigger though. They're just fat, if you want them without surgery then eat like a typical American again lol.
Totally agree! This is basically the only way to make ur boobs appear bigger. Mine are much smaller now, too!0 -
"I must, I must, Develop my bust!"0

Nothing works. Give the skin time to firm up. If you are young, it will. As you get older, don't get your hopes up... There is nothing except surgery that can tighten up the lose skin. Those of us who have nursed children have come to grips with that fact.0

If I ever wore a D cup, I'd shoot myself in the head. Just sayin :glasses:0
-
I'm sorry I'm a little confused. Are you sad, because now they are that much smaller or still too big?
they are not big at all
Mine are smaller too but I prefer them now because they're more shapely and less fatty looking. In my mind, this is the size my chest was meant to be (if I hadn't gained weight). The bright side...they won't droop and sag so much when you get older! You'll look younger longer0 -
I have been lucky in that department. I was a 36DD, became pregnant and grew to a 36G. So far I have lost 37 pounds and still have 36G's..0
-
Hey i am a 38d and would lov 2 go down a strap dize... But i get wht u mean... Apart from chest presses I would also.say working on ur abs also helps.. The contrast just makes them look bigger...0
-
Ohh yes the contrast works for sure
thats why I was a bit sad that now my tummy will look bigger
but I am hoping for a smaller tummy and bigger boobs ;-)0 -

Haha, I think any woman that loses weight wonders this....I have never been overweight, but I always notice that any time I either lose or gain a few lb, I always notice it first on my boobs! Seeing as boobs are all fat and no muscle, there are no exercises that will do anything for you......exercising burns fat!! And since boobs are the biggest mass of fat on most woman's bodies, it is no surprise at all that they are the first to say goodbye. Although I guess i've never lost or gained enough weight to actually change my bra size....it's always the same but I definately notice that they go up or down with my weight.0
-
Fa sho! 87lbs down and I hardly need support at all now!0
-
That's one of the benefits of weight loss for me. I want smaller boobs.0
-
Ladies, please don't worry about it! A lot of men, including myself, love small chested women. Also, a lot of other men just do not care.0
-
Its collateral damage. Boobs are fat, unfortunately it comes with the territory if you lose weight. Some women keep them and thats genetics! I try to focus on all the other good parts of me. Redirect your focus?0
-
I wish I had the problem. 30 pounds later I only dropped from a 38 to 34.
I do a lot of pushups and chest presses, that perks them up and makes them appear a bit larger. That is a major difference so it won't replace the ones you had. Good news is that they were clearly all fat if they were the first to go. Best of luck0 -
Boobs are just fat being all sexy...they go along with the rest of the weight you lose. Sorry!0

Victoria Secret0

I will give you some of mine LOL...the hubby wouldn't be happy about that, but I sure as heck would!0
-
Do you have any photos like before and after?0
-
Honestly, its all about the boo! so many people neglect the aspect of a nice fat boo. Top weight is over played. The future is all dependent on having a nice fatty!0
-
Ummmm....well I've lost 60+ lbs and haven't gone down a cup size yet. So I'd be more than willing to donate, if I could. I want so badly to lose some boobage. They hurt the back something fierce!!
Amen to that sister, unfortunately, the gene pool was flowing against me that day!!0 -
Im happy about losing mine but my hubby isnt LOL I told him he has to take the good with the bad0
-
Do you have any photos like before and after?
