    It was the Name of an 70's band- they sang marys boy child, and its also a play on words- my name is Emma and i want to be boney haha so BoneyEm came to mind.
    The band was actually called boneyM
    but it didnt fit with me

    my small town southern pronunciation of milk was mee-ulk when I started college. it stuck as my nickname. I can now correctly pronounce milk as one syllable. thanks, college!

    It was a nickname I used to get called a lot when I was younger.

    Basically, the joke was that when I'm an old lady, I'm going to sit in a tree and throw things at kids that litter.. Hence crazytreelady
