Have them in the oven right now - baked them on my Pampered Chef stone with butter-flavored cooking spray (instead of olive oil), garlic powder, Morton's Salt Substitute & Mrs. Dash's Salt-Free Table Blend. I'll let you know how they turn out!

Some came out crispier than others (in fact, some just came out "wilty" - maybe it's the stone??), but all in all they are delicious! What a great snack! Wish I would've made a ton more! Thank you:)

Ps. The nutritional value of this version for .75 oz. of baby spinach with butter-flavored cooking spray, garlic powder, salt substitute & Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Table Blend is:

    Calories: 5
    Carbs: 1
    Fat: 0
    Sodium: 16

Tried it with kale and it wasn't so good...perhaps I will try with spinach. Thanks!

i tried this with kale and it felt like i was eating dried leaves off the ground and told my husband "i could have raked the back yard and got the same thing". does the spinach have a little more substance?

I guess the "crispier" they are the more they'll have a tendency to crumble, but if you get them the right consistency they're really very good.
