    hi,

    Did them tonight... wasn't as bad as i thought it would be!
    can do the 200 sit ups and squats, which im pleased about! the squats got really hard around 100 but you get past a point where you can keep going!
    the press ups and dips arn't the same though! lol did 73 press ups and 19 in one set which is my best ever! did 146 dips with 36 in one set which was soooo hard!

    For W2D1L3 I did 25 for the max set for a total of 97.

    My next lot have been delayed a bit as I was away for my hen weekend. I'll hopefully get them done tonight, but I am a bit sleep deprived, so they may need to wait until tomorrow!!

    Did W4D1 for pushups and situps and man it's killing me
    Pushups = 97
    Situps = 182

    Airyale thats amazing! can't believe you did so many press ups! very jealous as i can still only do 19! lol
    i really need to do my next lot soon then i have finished another week.

    19 is heaps! on that day my max in a row was only 25 so still got a bit to go :P

    Completed W4D2
    Pushups - 113 (28 in one set)
    Situps - 213 (54 in one set)

    How's it going? I've not been doing this for a bit coz I've not been feeling well, but he's what I've managed today...

    pressups: 89 - max 22
    situps: 259 - max 100!!
