Here's my report so far...
March 2nd - 30 Minutes of Zumba/Dance Central for XBox
March 3rd - 40 Minutes walking the dog, 45 minutes Dance Central for XBox
March 4th - 60 minutes walking the dog, 60 minutes of Zumba
March 5th - 60 minutes of Zumba
March 6th - 60 minutes walking the dog
March 7th - 50 minutes of Zumba
March 8th - 60 minutes walking the dog, 25 minutes of Zumba
March 9th - 65 minutes walking the dog
March 10th - 15 minutes walking, 30 minutes bowling
March 11th - 30 minutes walking the dog
March 12th - 25 minutes of Zumba, 20 minutes 30 day shred level one, 40 minutes walking the dog.
March 13th - 25 Minutes of Zumba, 20 minutes 30 day shred level one.
March 14th - 20 minutes 30 day shred level one, 65 minutes walking the dog.
March 15th - 25 minutes of Zumba, 20 minutes 30 day shred level one.
March 16th - 20 minutes 30 day shred level one, 60 minutes walking the dog.
March 17th - 20 minutes 30 day shred level one, 25 minutes of Zumba.
March 18th - 25 minutes of Zumba.
March 19th - Day off ( I guess I could say I cleaned the house for 2 hours, but I don't count that usually).
March 20th - 25 minutes of Zumba, 20 minutes of 30 day shred level one, 40 minutes walking the dog.
March 21st - 65 minutes walking the dog, 25 minutes of Zumba.0 -
Continuing on -- started on the 9th, so today must be lucky day 13......
3/18 another hour of gardening, 2 miles of running, and 1 hour of swimming
Tonight -- Bootcamp! and maybe some weights (arms)
3/19 I did do that 45 of boxing bootcamp with 15 min of abs at the end plus 25 min of arms before class
3/20 Frisbee was cancelled due to rain so 45 min to an hour of shooting hoops instead
3/21 1.5 mi (at a 10 1/2 min mi pace!) and about 45 min of walking. Super excited about that run!0 -
I don't have the exact details with me, but I have kept this challenge for 11 out of the last 12 days.0
