Didcha know that if you lose 100% muscle and no fat, you'd actually lose 5.8 pounds with a 3500 calorie deficit?

So I'd encourage you to try to keep as much fat as possible.0 -

I'm just going to drink only water for 15 days. I hear that's a safe effective plan to loose lose weight.0

I never eat back my exercise calories because I want to lose weight faster. Anyone who actually wants to benefit from exercise by keeping or increasing their muscle mass is an idiot. The only goal, and I do mean the only goal is to watch that scale go down. Do it by any means necessary.
What do you think?
I totally agree. I would prefer to have skin hanging off me. Who needs muscle? Plus, I definitely don't want to get bulky and gross like those bodybuilding women. Ewwww. And I love being hungry!
(Yes, both OP and I apparently share a love of sarcasm)0 -
I only eat ice.0

I thought I might get my bones hollowed out... who needs marrow anyways?0

My opinion?

I use leeches and have a vacuum cleaner instead of a toilet. Every little bit helps!0

Aren't there calories in sarcasm? I don't think it's good for you.0

I think this is a brilliant idea. Who needs muscle? If I just lay in bed all day I don't need any to actually move right? Muscle atrophy FTW!0
