    I've been loooking at my grocery store for these the past few weeks as well. Think I'll just order mine from Amazon (love that inter-webs thingy). I also need to try the spagetti squash trick too. Thanks for posting the ideas and order websites.

    Ok, I trusted you,went out and bought some shirataki. I prepared them the way you stated. Washed them several times, dried them well. Then I cooked them in a hot pan to dry out more. Removed them. Then I cooked my veggies, then added the noodles back in with a bit of lite Soy sauce. They ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My first attempt and I am hooked. I was thinking of trying them Italian style and did a search and found this post. I am so excited, I think I am going to do this tonight. I am going to use veggie burger crumble and mushrooms, onions and tomatoes and seasoning. I cant wait.
