Every once in a while I really want something sweet. I've never really been a fan of chocolate. I absolutely love fruity candy like Twizzlers, Gummy Worms, Runts, etc.
What are some of the low calorie sweets you use to curb your cravings?

I keep sugar free Popsicles and NSA Fudgesicles in my freezer. The popsicles are 30 calories for 2, and the fudgesicles are 80! And since they take little while to eat, they're more satisfying, to me.
Plus, it's getting warmer out, popsicles are mandatory!!0 -

I have two pieces or Hersheys special dark chocolate every evening...Love it...knowing I can have this every night makes me stronger all day. I just add it to my calories every morning so its already figured in.0

Usually fruit...bananas and pineapples help me a lot.
Although since it is girl scout cookie time I have been bad :-(0 -
Yoplait Greek Yogurt (Honey Vanilla) with some blueberries, or a stick of gum.0

I made the fatal mistake of trying Red Vines. THAT will not happen again! lol0 -
A friend told me about grabbing your favorite yogurt in the individual size and pop them in the freezer and when you get that sweet craving grab one of those. It takes a while to eat due to they are frozen solid and by the time you get through half of it your craving is generally taken care of.
Hope this helps!0 -
Protien Fluff! It's awesome and good for you. I cut down on the amount of fruit I put it though and don't eat a whole serving from the recepies. I use Truscience Chocolate/Banana Protein Powder.

Trader Joe's vanilla meringues. Eating one (<30 cals) is usually enough to take the edge off. Cheap too, $3 for a container of them that goes stale before I finish eating them.0

For me its not so much about low calorie as it is about small portion. I keep a supply of those dove chocolate squares and Starburst fruit chews in a container far way from anywhere that could be considered a lounging area (couch, computer area, etc). So, when I want something sweet, I have to get up and go over there. The nice thing about having those small snacks is that it is much easier to portion out a little so I usually have 2 or so instead of a whole candy bar, bag of chips, etc. For me, it works great because it keeps me from oversnacking.0

3, 2, 1 Cake a friend of mine told me about it and it is simple and easy and when I want something sweet I mix a batch up it is so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food cake Mix
1 box any other type of cake Mix (such as chocolate, Strawberry, or maybe you like carrot cake or German Chocolate)
Mix both cake mixes together in a large container or plastic bag mix up. Take 3 tablespoons of cake mix, add 2 tablespoons water, microwave for 1 minute and there you have an instant little cake you can add frosting or cool whip on top if you like.0 -
I'll do sugar free pudding, chocolate and vanilla, or I also do black cherry jello! My Lord they both help! Good Luck!0

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of honey with 8 oz of filtered water. It suppresses my sweet tooth and is only 23 calories!0

I also would have 2-3 special ldark hersheys, bite size. they are good for a crave, and they are also good for the heart.0

banana with sweet spread on it, whether its biscoff cookie spread (88 cal / TBSP) and/or dark chocolate almond spread! (90ish cal/TBSP)0

Gum for when I just think I'm hungry. I keep a stash of Hershey nuggets in my desk at work, 50 cals each, and it curbs my sweet/chocolate craving. I get these all natural fruit popsicles at Sam's Club called Chunks 'o' Fruta, less than 140 each and YUM.0

Yoplait Smoothies!! Chocolate Banana with a tablespoon of Better'n Peanut butter!! mmm!0

Umm, let's see.....bomb pops (40 cal each), PB&J (300 cal), Nature Valley granola thins (80-90 cal each depending on which one), Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom ice cream bars (90 cal each), Mayfield Orange cream pops (90 cal each), yogurt (80-100 cal depending on brand), applesauce (90 cal), fresh fruit (usually less than 100 cal & good source of fiber), and anything else I find in the grocery store that looks good & is somewhere in the 50-150 cal range.0

The 3-2-1 cake is awesome. I usually do chocolate cake, with a tsp of peanut butter and a tsp of chocolate frosting. It's sinful, but about 150 calories.0

If I want hot, a cup of blueberry tea with whipped cream.
If I want cold, sugar free Jell-O cup with whipped cream.
I really like whipped cream. 15 calories for 2 tbsp. You can't beat that.0 -
Chocolate milk or chocolate peanutbutter smoothies (banana, chocolate, gresh ground PB, almond milk) YUM!0

HELLO MY NAME IS TAMIKA AND IM A CHOCOHALIC!! To calm my cravings I use a chocolate protein shake, fiber one bars with chocolate (the fudge brownie is HEAVENLY) and on occasion skinny cow chocolate candy bars they are about 110 cals. It helps and I dont feel guilty.0

I eat it.....just eat less of it. 1 scoop of ice cream instead of 3-4.........or have frozen yogurt instead.........At Cicis, 1/2 slice bavarian, 1/2 brownie and 1/2 cinnamon roll instead of 4 bavarian, 2 brownies, 2 cinnamon rolls......etc.
It's because of this I haven't opened the box of Samoas my wife ordered me because I can't eat just one.0 -
My husband brings me a tiny Heath bar from work a couple days a week, I never know when, so it's a surprise.... sweet in more ways than one.0

I usually just have whatever it was I was craving.
My default "sweets" are fruit, hot chocolate or dessert-y tea with a splash of milk. (I really like sweet-tart fruit flavors)
I tend to buy a few clif kids fruit twists or the fruit roll-up brand fruit twists. These remind me of sour patch kids.
Or I just have the sourpatch kids, scones or whatever else.
I made a pact with myself, I can have a belgian waffle/scone/or sesame balls for breakfast on every saturday if I walk the 2 miles round trip to the farmer's market or walk to the gym after.0 -
I keep hard candies around. They take a little while to eat but are really sweet. I also allow myself a can of diet soda every day--fresca is my favorite.
Honestly though, I find that denying myself what I'm craving is like asking myself to binge in the future and majory back track. So if I feel like ice cream, I go get a cone. If I want some starburst I get some. I just make sure that I honestly track the calories. Maybe it means that I need to take an extra walk in the evening or eat a little less for dinner. I try not to keep the bad stuff in the house. I have to want it enough to leave and get it. It doesn't often happen that I want it that bad.0
