Gotta get rid of this neck roll (curse you genetics!)
But please, hold the running. I am not a marathoner and never will be0 -
This thread awesome-ly inspirational! And, I love to see how different people carry their weight depending on frame! Just amazing. Keep up the great work, all. One day I'll add my before-and-afters to this thread.0

I have very big/heavy bones and so will be going more on clothes sizes than the scales. I probably weigh a good 28lbs more than a lot of people my size and am heavier than a lot of people bigger than me too!! Quite annoying in a way?!0 -
I'm just under 5'5"
SW for MFP: 193
CW : 176
GW: ~ 135
I've had three babies and I'm pretty sure we're done now so I'm excited to get to my goal weight and stay there I have to be healthy and fit for my kiddos
Oh and my profile pic is back when I was first married. I was around 145. It's for motivation!0 -
I am a hair under 5'5... My healthiest adult weight was about 160, I didn't have a scale... I have been in the 170s for most of my adult life and after I had my daughter 4 years ago, I was in the 190s. My main reason for losing weight is to escape chronic back pain and be able to really move my body. I would also be fun to be smokin' hot! And avoid heart disease and all the yucks of aging with excess weight...
So this round, I have been using MFP for a week and a half and I have lose 6 pounds. I am in the honeymoon phase of weight loss when it falls off... Love it. We are TTC, so my goal is to healthfully lose until we conceive and have a fitter, stronger body for the pregnancy.
SW: 188
CW: 182
Short term goal: 170 (would love to be near here when we conceive)
GW: 150 (not sure, could eventually want to be in the 140s...)0 -

I am 5'5.5"
SW- 205
CW-160.8
GW-145 but I'll settle for 155
My before pic shows me at 145 lbs in 2004, and 205 a few days before I started MFP. (the best thing I ever did)
When I watch shows like the biggest loser I always wonder how tall the contestants are because even when they are my weight they either look way thinner or way heavier. So it's nice to see pics of others my height and sharing their weight.0 -
You can do it! I am 5'5.5" and I will be 44 on Saturday and I started MFP in May 2011 and have lost 44 lbs. It's hard for our age group to lose like the younger people.0
-
wow you all are doing such a great job.0
