    Celery, the backbone of the mirepoix, I use it almost everyday in my soups. Now that I have changed my diet, celery no longer dies a slow painful death in my crisper. I go thru about 2 bunches a week. Thanks for sharing this post.:bigsmile:

    I like celery, but when I was getting into juicing, I read all over that celery had a lot of sodium in it, so you should use sparingly.

    So my "snack" food to go with hummus or what have you became sugar snap peas. Good and good for you, not too much sodium.

    very motivating to get some celery, didn't know it could calm me down. Since I have been dieting, sometimes its like my best ( and worst) friend has died. I cannot "eat" my problems any longer...Thanks for the tip!

    I can eat celery raw with nothing on it. I love the taste/texture.

    I do too, but I like it better with almond or macadamia nut butter.

    I love celery. I love it even more with greek yogurt!! Wonderfully balanced snack that way. My toddler loves it with greek yogurt too.
