I think I'm developing an addiction to Greek yogurt :P Okay not really an "addiction", but I love it! A consistent feature of my diet is at least one serving of Greek yogurt everyday. What's your favorite brand/flavor?

Fage 0% plain or Fage 2% just about any fruit flavor. I tried all the main brands and the one I liked the best was Fage. I eat it pretty much every day. If it's not my breakfast, it's used like sour cream for my dinner.

I adore the fruit-flavored Chobanis, but they are so high in sugar :( They were a breakfast staple for me until I looked at the numbers :( I can't abide plain yogurt, so I haven't had them in months. Alas!

Fage 0% - I go through SOOOO much of it, both eating in right out of the container and cooking with it. I buy a couple of the giant containers at Costco and am pretty much through 1-2 of them per week. Addiction may be the right word

Fage 0%, straight up. It doesn't need anything added. I eat at least a pot every day.

Fage 2% is my favorite. I usually buy the huge tub and add my own fruit or flavorings. It's heavenly with just few drops of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. Then I scoop it up with apple slices. Also makes a tasty veggie dip with a bit of garlic, salt, and dill added.

Have you tried the Kroger brand? They have less sugar.

Full fat plain Fage which I add a little honey and nuts (almonds or Brazil). Very decadent!

I'm a pretty new fan myself of Greek Yogurt. My favorite is plain and I add in some fresh strawberries, yum. I've also tried the Chobani Rasbperry Yogurt, but I didn't like it. Which I found rather odd because with regular yogurt raspberry is my favorite.
  • I like Fage 0%, with a packet of stevia. I put it on top of Dashing Dish's Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins! They are like Vita-tops, only a lot better in my opinion. I make 24 muffin top like muffins and I eat 2 at a time for 100 calories topped with 50 calories (1/2 of small container) worth of Fage 0% or greek yogurt. It's my favorite snack everyday! Sometimes 2 times a day... if I have the calories available. Here is a link to the muffin recipe : I make them then freeze them and pull them out and nuke them in the microwave for about 30 seconds! They are the best. You should try them.
