    1/2 cup of geek salad (klamata olives, tomatoes, cukes, bell peppers, minced garlic, onions, redwine vinegar, olive oil, basil, & fat free feta cheese, under 80 cals!)
    In a pinch 2 stalkes of celery and a wedge of Laughing Cow light swiss cheese (55 cal!)

    Crushed ice with MiO (liquid additive for water) squirted on top is a good oral fixation idea. You can get them in just about any flavor now and 0 calories! Can't beat that.
