Smoothies. My favorite lately is 1 c. frozen wild blueberries, 1 banana, and 1/2 c. pineapple juice. It's really really delicious.0

Peaches (eat one pretty much every day), cranberries (I eat them frozen as a snack), Laughing Cow cheese, and no fat Greek yoghurt. Oh and Turkey Breast, it's so good on a sandwich with some cheese, spinach leaves and cranberry sauce. Delicious0

Homemade "soft serve"
Put 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 banana, and 1/2 cup almond milk in a food processor and blend until smooth. OMG, sooooooooo good, and it makes SO MUCH for only 177 calories!0 -

I love Chinese food. I had Chinese food out a few days ago, which I know was bad but then I've made my own healthier version the past two days. Chicken and shrimp with brocolli and a sauce made from chicken broth, soy sauce and sherry and then chicken with mushrooms and the same sauce. Pretty good, though not as good as the real thing, but it hits the spot.0

Frozen grapes, frozen yoghurts and frozen bananas!! I seem to have just discovered the joys of freezing stuff haha!!

I have a long ongoing love affair with peanut butter. I love it with apple slices or bananas. YUM! Hubby came to bed late last night and accidentally woke me up. I was dreaming of making and eating peanut butter cookies! LOL!0

I discovered chocolate cheerios today, they are soooo good! A serving is only 100 calories. Two servings of cheerios + a serving of almond milk = 235 calories, very low calorie. You could even add a yogurt or a piece of fruit with it.
Love choc cheerios! I'll eat a handful dry when I'm craving something sweet and can't resist!0 -
