I have been using the site for 70 days now and today is the first time I have had an issue I need to ask others about. I log my food once I have eaten, but today my food didn't stay down (trying to be tactful here). Should I delete it? Leave it? After a while I was hungry again, so I ate. I do plan to log that.

I would not count the food that didn't stay down. After all, your body didn't get to use it so, essentially, no calories were consumed. Hope you feel better soon.0

Just do the best you can while you are sick. If it is not 100% accurate and you're not the type where that drives you crazy then don't worry too much about it. Hope you feel better soon!0

Thank you for the well wishes! I deleted a few entries and figured out later it was a reaction to potato salad. Both my husband and one of my boys got sick too. We are all better now.0
