To take this a step further......
Take some chicken breast, butterfly it, pound it thin, scoop the cooked apples into the middle of it, add a little fat free mozzarella cheese, and roll it up, and either tie w butcher string or pin w toothpicks. Bake for 20 mins. Remove and let sit for 5 mins, then slice and serve. Works out to about 180 Cal's per 4oz serving. Great way to cook chicken!0
