Great question! Lately, I crave Triscuit Four Cheese Thin Crisps. Other than that, any kind of fish. We eat fish at least once a week, if not more. Salmon and tilapia are family favorites. Both are easy to bake or broil. But in the fish category, I mostly crave salmon. It seems that a lot of people love salmon!

    Bell peppers
    lean beef
    chicken
    Greek yogurt
    Oranges
    Frozen berries
local jam (i know, it is added sugar, but I use a spoon in my yogurt to remind me of summer)
    frozen mango
    avocado
    almond milk
    coconut water
    salmon
cooking greens (chard, kale are my faves, I only cook spinach since I don't like it raw)

In about 2 months, this stuff will also be on the list:
    fresh tomatoes
    fresh berries (any local!)
fresh stone fruits (any local, especially nectarines and pluots)
    ranier cherries
    local bell peppers
local salad greens (arugula, frisee, raddichio, red leaf lettuce, whatever shows up in the salad mix)
    parsley

Almonds & almond milk, avocado, asparagus, broccoli, eggs, lean meat (chicken/turkey/pork/beef), berries (especially blackberries/raspberries), herbal teas.

Does coffee count? I don't think I could live without it. I don't drink it every day but I absolutely love the taste and smell of it.

    Ooh! Love this thread!

Food I couldn't live with four months ago:

    Chocolate
Chips (actually, any processed potato of any description)
    Burgers
    Pizza...mmmmm...pizza....

Food I can't live without now:

Seasonal fruit - right now I'm obsessed with omega plums!
    Spinach
    Tomato
    Greek yogurt
    Chillis!
And burgers and pizza, but waaaay healthier ones.

And I wonder how I got so lardy!

Baby carrots! They are cold and crunchy and just perfect. I could probably live off these alone!

My other must-haves are English muffins, chicken, strawberries, apples and yogurt.

Eggs, oatmeal, berries (especially blueberry&strawberry) asparagus, carrots, pineapple, greek yogurt, peanut butter, onions, bell peppers, beans, shrimp, fish, and a nice juicy steak. I could leave the rest. These are the most common foods i eat. Ooh and dark chocolate. It's good for the soul.

Coffee. Lots and lots of black coffee.
    Fresh pineapple
    Strawberries
Grapes (my picky husband is even eating them!)
    Onions and garlic
Fiber One oats and chocolate chewy bars
    Zone bars
    Jello Mousse Temptations
Grilled shrimp, chicken, burgers, and big salads from where I work
    Multigrain English muffins
    Sargento colby-jack cheese sticks
I was a born-again banana fanatic until I could no longer ignore the migraine triggering effects :(

You guys have me super-excited about the fresh produce stands that will be back in action soon! There is one I frequent that gets the most amazing fresh peaches come June or July...*swoon*
