    I've been trying to cut processed sugar out, I was having about 15 cups of coffee a day with sugar. I stopped coffee on Tuesday (had one Thursday, had a melt down, lol) I've been getting caffeine withdrawal but over the worst of it and it has saved me just short of a 1000cals a day, so I've joined the group, http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/4348-no-sugar thanks for creating it thinismygoal and hope you don't mind I've sent you a friend request.

    I would love to try...can we still eat veggies and fruits that have natural sugar?

    well I've got my morning coffee with no sugar, it doesn't taste the best but I'm sure I'll get used to it! Thanks for the challenge :wink:

    Thank you and I am in .... Starting right now because earlier today had 6 jelly beans so actually I will start in the morning. I am curious to see if I can do it...........
