That is absolutely awesome! I am SO proud of you! This made me tear up!0

Awesome job! Before you know it...you're be running a 1 1/2, then 2 miles, and so on. Just push yourself to go a little further each time you run...even if it's just for a 1/4 mile.0

I have heard the incline should be at 2%. I can't do that on the treadmill where I work out because they have it to shut off after 25min. So then I have to wait for it to stop and then start it again and that is so annoying! If I set it to do a 5K it won't shut off until I am done, but for some reason on the 5K setting you can't use incline. It is very frustrating.
Anyway, CONGRATS!!!! I know exactly how exciting it is. Be very proud of yourself! I am now up to running 15min at 5mph and I honestly can not believe it! I can only run 4min outside though, it just feels impossible outside!0 -

That's awesome! I can't wait to get up to 5 mph. Occasionally when I start to get tired I'll up it to 5.0 for like a minute just to get my blood pumping again, but I'm next to death after that haha0 -
