    Congratulions. What a turn-around. I'm sure your story will inspire my wife who was just dx with type 2 herself.
    we have been on track now for about 3 months. Your success definately is a motovation for us to see what is around the corner

    What a great story! And yea for you!!!

    I have long since thought that the preservatives in our foods and the hormones that our meats are fed was the cause of a lot of our problems. And I came across The Primal Blueprint just a couple of weeks ago...ordered it on the spot. I've started reading it and I'm a little concerned that I won't be able to be a die-hard primal eater, as I live in a small town and am not sure where to get organically raised meats. But I figure getting as close as I can to that kind of diet is still going to be healthier than what I've been doing the first 41 years of my life.
