I make the same recipe but use the sugar free cake mix. I have also made it with yellow and white cake mix (which gives you pumpkin cupcakes). I use the standard size cupcake pan. I make about 18 cupcakes per mix and they work out to about 80 calories each.

I actually just made these today! got 18 relatively large cupcakes (overfilled the tins because I wasn't sure if they would rise properly) using regular-sized muffin tins, about 97 calories each. really tasty, very moist. I had a hard time telling when they were done though because they were so moist. Mine came out tasting a little like pumpkin but not much. Might try it later with a white cake or carrot cake mix and a little pumpkin pie spice.

Like they used to say on Lil Rascals, "Get behind me Satan and don't you push" Oh I really want to try these. I miss cake.

We just made these and they are indeed delicious! We only got 20 cupcakes out of the recipe so the calorie count for us was 87 calories, but still worth while. Thanks for sharing!

I am new and not sure which data base you are referring to. Is it the one where we look up the name of the food and the serving size for a particular meal?
