Truvia is a brand for the sweetener Stevia. It's an all natural, 0 calorie herbal sweetener.
It's great! I use it in my coffees all the time.

AGREED! I think the best gf recipes are the ones that don't try to mimic the exact taste of gluten recipes and do their own thing instead.0
