I JUST TRIED MAKING THESE!
TRY USING A HAND MIXER OR BLENDER TO MAKE THE BATTER.
I blended it all up in my Magic Bullet, and even after letting the batter sit in my fridge for 36 hours, it cooked up perfectly! Smells divine, great texture, really nice with some peanut butter and berries! :bigsmile:

Edit: The cooking process was in a frying pan sprayed with oil on medium to high heat.. flipping after about 3 minutes.
I think the trick is to mix rapidly so that it's aerated A LOT!0 -
