    I'm 5' 3.5" (haha the 0.5 makes a difference), and 199.5lbs now. You've given me new hope :) Thanks for sharing.

    Please be careful, you look absolutely radient, healthy and beautiful but as you said you still feel fat. That fat self image will haunt you into going beyond to loose more than you should. It will take years not to see yourself as a "fat person" even though you are buying small clothes. Don't let that image distroy who you are or your health.
