    Awesome job! How long did it take you to lose the weight? I started kinda close to you at 158lbs, currently at 145lbs and have 10 more lbs I want to lose.

    What kind of workout schedule did you follow- what exactly did you do to get your stomach that FLAT!! At my heaviest I was 180 and have gotten as low as 140 - but my stomach was never that FLAT. Tell me your secret?? I have reccently regained 20lbs and am working to get down again. :heart:

    Would LOVE to look that good!!
