    STILL NOTHING!!! :cry:

    I was sick yesterday so I layed around most of the day and TOM is creeping up on me. So I put back on the two pounds I've lost. I know it's from all the salty stuff that I've been craving but I've been doing pretty good at staying within my caloric intake for the day....I just can't seem to fit in enough exercise in a week. :sad:

    Good Morning All,

    I hope you all had a great weekend. After fluctuating all last week I finally dropped a little more. Monday's tend to be my good weigh in days since I am more active on the weekend. During the week I have a desk job so I don't get much exercise.

    My weight is the same. I'm not worried about it really- there's plenty of time and I think my body is still getting used to eating again. :ohwell:

    I lost another inch though- so that's great!

    Hi there gang ... I just did a 40 minute Turbo Jam Party DVD and according to my HRM I burned 449 calories ... woo hoo ... not too shabby. I'm just relaxing a bit to get my heart rate back to normal so I thought I would chat a bit with you here. So ... what did you do to exercise today???

    Where has Kandy been lately?? Maybe she went on vacation or something...I am getting a little worried :blushing:

    I was really proud of myself today...went on a run with the pup in the park and ran for 25 minutes straight. That's the longest I've ever gone! And luckily the good Lord kept off the rain right until I got home :) I think I'm going to enter a 5k on campus in September. I figure I would just have to run about 10 more minutes than I did today and I could do it! Me- a runner- who knew?!?

    I weigh in on Wednesday so I'll see you all then. Congrats on your losses and if anyone is maintaining or gaining, do not despair, there's always next week!

But now I'm back and ready to get a handle on it... of course I've gained a few pounds since the last time I was on here but I'm recommitting TODAY!!

    Hello! Good job to everyone!

    My fiance and I worked out Sunday and since I had no internet access I of course ate way too much. I ate all my calories, and double my excercise calories. :grumble: :explode: :sad: (isn't there a smiley that bonks itself in the head?) So this week I'm recommitting like crazy. I'm pretty sore from our 2 hour workout from sunday (which you'd think would be impossible to eat all those calories, right?? Nope.) but I will be back at the gym after work today kicking it up a knotch.

    I weigh in wednesdays so I'll post my weight then.

    Magglett, Yesterday was my rest day from the gym but I did chase my 17 month old daughter around outside for about 1 1/2 hours before we both got too tired. :happy: I was amazed I even had the energy to keep going that long! I love this site and I love June Starters!!

    Bumming again...no weight has left me in a couple of weeks. I dropped two and that's it?? :sad: I'm tired of this desk job keeping me from exercising when I want to. I can't wait till I'm back at school and can exercise during the day.

    I definitely understand. I have a desk job where I am at a computer for 8 hours a day and generally only get to be active on weekends so I tend to fluctuate over the week and drop on the weekend. I just make sure I eat extremely well.

    Have faith though in yourself and school will bere here in no time.

    Good evening all ... I just got back from a hike at the Woodend Conservation Area near my house. I did 45 minutes and according to my new HRM I burned off 359 calories. I always thought the hikes burned off more then Turbo Jam Party but apparently not. Things that make you go hmmmmm. Well ... it's almost 9:00 pm here in Niagara, Ontario so I'm going to some dishes for fun, then have a shower, then off to bed. I'm pooped tonight.
