    **BUMP**

I don't make my shakes any other way now...My daughter had to be on a soft diet for a few days and she loved these. Now I have to try and keep her out of mine! Btw, I HATE cottage cheese and the thought of it usually makes me gag but you can't even tell it's in this shake. I make a cheesecake one and a banana cream one with sugar free jello pudding mix. Awesome!

Exactly! Caqnt taste it at all :D More of a dessert to me :D

Well my 12 yo son is addicted to these! He loves the mint one but because he's only 12 and just doesn't need that much, we skip the protein powder in his. We do add spinach to the mint ones though. Adds a little nutritional oomph as well as making it green. Sometimes I'll throw avocado in there for creaminess if I have one on hand.
  • will the Xanthan gum make everything thicker never heard of it ??i think i would like my shakes better if they were thicker :)

Since cottage cheese has a CRAP TON of sodium.... I use greek yogurt instead.

Would like a processed free one........... No diary this end..... All my food is home made, and no dairy, wheat or gluten............. sigh..... But looks like it would taste amazing.......

You could also change the nut butter and have almonds or hazelnuts, so much better for you xxxx

There are good proteins out there that are gluten/lactose free... and they can be made just as yummy :)

If you can have goat milk yogurt, that works just like cottage cheese.
I usually mix mine with soy/almond/coconut milk and some cold decaf coffee... + chocolate protein = frappuccino.

I am going on the hunt for gelatin free pudding mixes (vegetarian) - as soon as I find, I think I am trying every one of these I can.
