I'm in! My name is Kimberly. My NSV is I was able to wear a pair of dress pants earlier this week that I haven't worn in over a year!

NSV- All my skirts from last summer actually fall off of me and I have to take them all in. I also had to buy new workout capris for the same reason.

Hi I am just joining and I feel like I am ready to take on this challange.
NSV so far is that I feel more energetic when I workout.

NSV: My jeans and pants that I haven't worn in 2 years (since I was training for 1/2 marathon) are back in action and two pairs are already loose! 5 more lbs. and I will be shopping for another size. Can't wait! Only a two sizes to single digits, which is my 2012 goal. Sign me up!

NSV: Feel confident enough to leave house without make-up, and not hide my body in front of my boyfriend.
(I realise that my body weight may seem a little low, but I am very petite and I want to tone, rather than lose weight, therefore I realise that I may need to reassess my goal weight at a later date, considering muscle weighs more than fat. I am finally ready to start being healthy instead of abusing my body).
