That looks delicious, can I have the large, deep fat fried, kkthx0

It's too bad you didn't have the muscle models next to the fat ones. One of my WW leaders brought those out at a mtg, The 5lbs fat vs the 5lbs of muscle. The muscle 1/4 the size taking up far less area, showing if your wt doesn't change you may still be losing fat and gaining muscle. It's not always about the scale.0

even a pound of fat is eye-opening:

I was just looking at it as a sheer visual motivator, regardless of if muscle takes up less space/weighs more/the same/etc... kind of like when I was doing bench press with 20lb dumbbells in each hand last night, and realized that I was holding the 40 pounds I want to lose... and it was damn heavy! Can't imagine (well actually I can) what that's doing to my bones! I am going to feel DAAAAARN fantastic once I get down to where I once was. Can already taste it!0

LORD ALMIGHY GOD IN HEAVEN!!! I have lost that much fat?!
That is a real eye opener. It is a visual motivator to keep going! Thank you
Keep Calm and Carry On,

..Can I take those calories off my diary?0 -
LOL!! How repugnant. I have 3 more of those blobs on the bottom shelf to lose......(heavy fat-guy sigh).0

Considering that a year ago I was carrying around almost twice that much makes me kinda sick... eww.0

Blargh...I'm not sure if I'm revolted or excited that I've lost 23 lbs. Revolted because it was there in the first place. Excited because it's gone.

Apparently for every ten pounds you lose, you gain 20 seconds (approximately) per mile! This means that I'll hopefully be able to run an 8 minute mile by the time I'm where I want to be, yahhooooooooooo!0 -
Gross...but thanks!0
-
Oh wow! Kind of puts things in perspective...0

JESUS TAP DANCING CHRIST!
