Hope this works. I hit what I thought was my goal when I started this journey. I now want 10 to 15 more gone but am doing more with exercise and slow and steady will get me there in time.

THANKS FOR FIXING IT FOR ME!!!!!!!!!! Yeah I have had a bunch of NSV this week including leaving my house in leggings, more energy than I knew what to do with, and almost no muffin top in a pair of size 6s. It feels rather kick butt!0

What was your exercise routine ?
How tall are you ?
Thank you! I started slow with a gazelle cross trainer elliptical thing. I then moved up to my zumba box set. I did the 20 minute work out plus the gazelle then added in one the exercise balls and gradually since December have moved up to the full hour work outs including doing a sculpt and tone routine with 6 lbs of total weight. I have also started jogging. I worked up slowly as I have a lot of skeletal issues and weight did not help those and now that I have more muscle and more endurance I am hoping to talk my husband into p90x and weight training for me. I am up to an hour and a half a day of exercise and some days have more energy than that. I am about 5' and almost 4 inches.0
