      Hello

      I'm Ann and live near Reading, Berks and have just joined MFP this week.

      I'm 59 and really need to shift about 2 stone to feel comfortable again.

      This site looks great and I've never counted calories before - having tried WW and Slimming World in the past with reasonable success, especially WW. However I now find WW diet with Pro Points simply dreadful to be honest!

      How have you done so far, and how much weight have you lost etc?

      I'd love to her from you!

      I am from Cheltenham and this is my 3rd day using myfitnesspal, I love it! So easy to use.

      I counted calories before but this is easier and more honest :) I have lost a pound in 2 days. So it really works :)
