    Thank you for sharing! I can really see that your delts and biceps look so much more cut in just that little time. And your face even changed in the side by side of the arms. You are looking amazing! I pray that I am going to find the same love for myself as you have. I am a nurse and I understand knee surgeries really change your life. i did some of my education in school in an ortho unit. Plus, my dad had both his done around 55 (62 now). He goes dancing with my step mom. His knees were messed up by semipro football and years of working on a concrete floor for GM as a machinist. If he can do it, you're gonna be brand new!!!!
