    That is a wonderful result for your efforts - just shows what determination and focus can achieve. You look ... happy, healthy, fit, slim, amazing - well done.

    Any specific thoughts on what helped (besides MFP wonderful MFP) and any hints for those of us still getting to our goals?

    WOW!!!!!!!! You have read that alot but there is not one other word out there to describe what I am seeing. I have been so inspired to get off my buns and get to work on dropping this weight. Though I fear I would never make it in the time you did I would love to say that i am half the woman I am now. Thank you for the inspiration, best of luck and hope that you keep up with MFP to let us all help support you through the journal of maintaining what you worked so hard to achieve.

    wowee, what an inspiration this is. I started at size 22 and 124.50 kg 71/2 months ago and have only achieved a loss of 16.4 kilos. You have done so much in your 14 months , it's amazing. Spurred me on.
