    610 area code- just over the Lancaster county line (by a mile or so) into Chester County --

    So south, and either east of central or west of eastern PA - depending on who you ask :)

    What town? I'm just inside the Lancaster line but work in honey brook and morgantown.

    Let's see...lived in Pottstown, Delano, Orwigsburg, went to MCCC and Kutztown University, have friends all over Montgomery and Schuylkill counties, as well as Troy and Johnstown...but I live in Maryland now, just over the border from Chambersburg. I still consider myself a Philly chick!

    Born and raised in Kane, Pennsylvania (northwestern part of state). Moved to the south for work about 24 years ago but I still love my Steelers! My bucket list includes seeing them play at home!

    We used to go to Kinzua Bridge every year to see the leaves! (went to take my son up a few years back and it was gone :noway: )

    Tornado in 2003 partially took down the bridge :( However, a viaduct was built there on the piers that remained and opened in Sept, 2011.

    I live about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh but we race stock cars at the McKean County Fairgrounds several times a year and that is pretty county!

    I lived in Bear Creek for awhile, until a tornado went through, and did about $3,000 worth of damage to our yard and house........then we moved to Mt. Top!!!!

    I'm a makeup artist from Manheim, Lancaster County, heart of Amish country but am a beach girl at heart! Go figure! Grew up at the Jersey Shore. Manheim a quaint historic town known for the "Manheim Farm Show" in Oct. every year. I Lived in Hershey for several years where I met my husband. I loved living in a town that smells like chocolate...here in farm country...not so much! Some days the air is thick with...well let's say fertilizer.The best part ...are all the local farms, produce, Farmer's markets..."ROOTS" one of the oldest in the country open on Tuesdays. We Both work in Lancaster which has become a nice hub for art. I signed on to MFP only last week! I took my "Take it or leave it" vacation and decided to put my body on Vacation too with a dextox diet and I'm felling great.
    I need some connections so I welcome friends!

    Three friends married women from different parts of the country.

    The first man married a woman from Wisconsin . He told her that she was to do
    the dishes and house cleaning. It took a couple of days, but on the
    third day, he came home to see a clean house and dishes washed and
    put away.

    The second man married a woman from South Dakota . He gave his wife orders
    that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes and the cooking. The
    first day he didn't see any results, but the next day he saw it was
    better. By the third day, he saw his house was clean, the dishes were
    done and there was a huge dinner on the table.

    The third man married a girl from Philly. He ordered her to keep the
    house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed, and hot
    meals on the table for every meal. He said the first day he didn't see
    anything, the second day he didn't see anything but by the third day,
    some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of
    his left eye, and his arm was healed enough that he could fix himself
    a sandwich and load the dishwasher. He still has some difficulty
    when he pees.

    I am in Lititz. Just moved here 2 years ago and I love the area. Originally from suburbs of DC - Olney, MD, so I am enjoying the slower pace and wide open spaces. I go into Lancaster and Manheim often and I love to go to "Roots".

    Would love to have friends that are close by and even try to meet up some time!
