On January 28th 2011 I embarked on my weightloss journey. 14 months later to the day I have got to my goal. I am HALF THE WOMAN I WAS. I strted at 158kgs and am now 78.6kgs. I feel AMAZING and wish I knew how to upload photos to show you but I am no technology whizz that's for sure. But I am done, I can now start to enjoy the life, body and destination I have created for myself. And if I had known the destination was going to be so awesome I would have got there ages ago. From a size 28 to a size 10/12 in 14 months I have far exceeded my expectations and belief that I could actually EVER be that small!!!

Thanks for the help MFP and my MFP pals all mean the world to me....good luck to everyone else on thier journey. Believe me the final destination ROCKS xxx

OH MY WORD.....you look fabulous! Congratulations, what an inspiration, please write a book, I love reading these stories.

Did you keep the big dress in the pic? Just a thought, but you could get a new photo taken in the same dress, just get someone to pin it in the back for the photo, to pull in the surplus.

    Any tips?
