    ooh, im in! i really need to the motivation to keep my running going!! im signed up for a half at the end of may and really need to get the miles up and going!

    Is there a google spreadsheet setup that everyone is logging their miles onto? Or is everyone keeping up with it on their own?

  • I want to give it a whirl! I just started walking three miles a day and my my goal is to walk four a day. Now is as good as a time than any:)
  • Sounds great. I ran 8 miles yesterday (April 1st). Marathon training starting next week. Count me in.

    Sounds like a good plan to me! I am just starting with MFP, so this will be a great place to begin. I am going to go ahead and say I will try to do half walking and the other half on bike. Maybe posting that will help motivate me even more!

    Great start! I am running a 1/2 at the end of the month, too. Which one will you be doing?

    April 28th, Ocean City Maryland. You?
    April 29th, Waterloo 1/2 Marthon in Waterloo, ON

    April 2nd, 16.2mi cycling.

    this sounds like a challenge im in.. do we just write on here what we have done each day or how we gonna keep track? today i have done 5 miles.... yesterday i did 2 1/2

    Well - as the normal cycling only century challenge seems to have died on it's *kitten* this month, I suppose this is better than nothing... Training diary says I should be turning in 500km for the month, so that's what I'm in for.

    And with that, here's my rides so far :

    01/04/2012 - 24.27km (15.08 miles) - 1182kcal - Short Local loop - Windy, Bright and Cool
    02/04/2012 - 33.02km (20.51 miles - 35.59 miles total) - 1925kcal (3107kcal total) - Cut-Off Local loop again
