I'm confused. I'm 190lbs right now, I divided that by 100 and got 1.9. I then multiplied that by 4 and got 7.6? But that's what you got in the example one, though, and you put 189lbs. Is this right? So I need to lose 7.6lbs in April?0

I'm in! Joined one to lose 7 pounds this month already might as well add this one (8 lbs) to it! would LOVE to go down 9.8 though! that's my biggest goal this month! but.... will be happy long as I lose the 7.

Running, walking and stationary bike are my main calorie burners but I'm starting to do more toning exercises as I get close to my goal.0 -

After sitting sideline for 6 months due to a surgery I am re starting P90X (mainly for the weight lifting) and taking a spinning class.0

I plan to do 2 classes of weight training per week and running. no better time to start my summer running program.
I wish I could run b/c I see so many ppl on MFP do and I know it's an awesome calorie burn but my knees are horrible. Good luck with your summer running program.0 -
