Hi everyone! Thank you for your kind words. Since this got bumped, I've gotten a few messages asking what I did to get these results. Honestly, I just ate my 1200 calories, and ate my exercise calories back.
I did cardio 3 times a week. (Zumba DVD's, Turbo Jam DVD's & Richard Simmons- he's so fun!)
I did strength 2 times a week. Jillian Michaels is amazing and her 30 Day Shred DVD did wonders for me. It really helped me tone.
1 day a week, I walked a 5K and then on my days off, I did yoga.
That's it! The key for me was to be consistent in my process. Once I fall off the wagon, it's hard to start back up again.But once the ball is rolling, watch out now!!!
