    So, what are people doing to meet their goal this month......what kind of workouts are you all doing?


    I plan to do 2 classes of weight training per week and running. no better time to start my summer running program.

    So, what are people doing to meet their goal this month......what kind of workouts are you all doing?

    Running, walking and stationary bike are my main calorie burners but I'm starting to do more toning exercises as I get close to my goal.

    After sitting sideline for 6 months due to a surgery I am re starting P90X (mainly for the weight lifting) and taking a spinning class.

    I wish I could run b/c I see so many ppl on MFP do and I know it's an awesome calorie burn but my knees are horrible. Good luck with your summer running program.

    I'm not pleased with my weigh in this morning. I only lost 1 lb when I should have lost 2.2 lbs. It has been a very eventful week. I have a new grandson! yay! My youngest son has had to move back home because of financial struggles and of course today is Easter. I have made some bad choices this week and I regret that.

    I'm not going to kick myself for slipping. I'm picking myself up and dusting myself off today and I'm entering this new week with more determination than ever!
