I can say that seeing your pics is a huge motivation for me - I am just at the start of my journey and its fantactic to see someone who has acheived such huge success. So I went on VAC last mnth and didn't exercise and ate every meal out and gained about 7 pounds! I'm just about back to pre-VAC weight. Boy, that sucked! Holding steady at -118 pounds. Just 15 pounds from goal weight! Hope you're all doing well!0
