    NSV - I have gone down two full sizes AND...I can put my workout clothes on under my work clothes to head to class AND I CAN STILL BREATH!

    There seem to be some real themes here: Clothes fit better, skinny jeans are on and even TOO big, friends are noticing, fitness levels are higher and shoes are too big! Wow - so many wonderful, positive statements! Can't wait to see how we all feel at the end of this challenge.

    On your first week weigh in - what, or who, have you lost? I have lost more than the weight equivalent of my granddaughter, or a big bag of dogfood plus 5 pounds of butter.... What about you?
  • Hi!

    I hope no one minds if I jump in here a little late. I did a March Day by Day challenge and it really helped me realize how much I cheat on calories and how little I exercise. No wonder I don't lose!

    So my weigh in dates will be on Fridays. (Keep motivated not to cheat on the weekends.)

    My NSV: A co-worker told me the other day that I looked like I lost weight. I haven't lost ANY weight but at least she thought I looked good. haha!

    Well the MFP BMI tracker says my ideal weight should be between 119 and 159 and I'm 5'7" so your goal is not unreasonable.
  • As I sit here munching on my cardboard, I mean high fiber bran flakes, I thought I'd write a post. Realized that I didn't include weight goals....

    CW- 143 (as of weigh in 2 Fridays ago)
    GW- 135 or a bit lower. (Once upon a time I got down to 127 but my family told me I was too thin. I didn't think so, I was happy.)

    Most importantly though, I need to tone up. I'm an average clothes size but the flab is not attractive!

    I need to take measurements in addition to the weigh ins. Sometimes my clothes fit looser but I haven't lost poundage. Ugh! The life we live. haha.

    Hello everyone! My name is Brittany. I'm a 24 year old, 5'8", female funeral director living in Minnesota! A few months ago, my fiance accidentally washed a pair of my dry clean only dress pants and they shrunk quite a bit. Well. They fit perfectly now! Best.Feeling.Ever.

    New to MFP and this is the first time I have tried any of these topics. I'd like to try.

    NSV: Got to the gym for 3 classes this week (so far) and walked every day. My daily walking was thanks to the new puppy at home.

  • I would love to get on this...

    I remember going to the park with my children and people would job past us on the walk way and I remember thinking "I would love to be able to run like that and not get tired quickly". One day this last fall I started jogging and did pretty good but had a lot go on in my life and I slacked. Losing five pounds this month would motivate me to get back out there so I would like to join this challange.
