New to MFP and this is the first time I have tried any of these topics. I'd like to try.
NSV: Got to the gym for 3 classes this week (so far) and walked every day. My daily walking was thanks to the new puppy at home.

I would love to get on this...
I remember going to the park with my children and people would job past us on the walk way and I remember thinking "I would love to be able to run like that and not get tired quickly". One day this last fall I started jogging and did pretty good but had a lot go on in my life and I slacked. Losing five pounds this month would motivate me to get back out there so I would like to join this challange.

I CAN SCHEDULE MY RIDE NOW! My next weight goal reward (WGR): going on a horseback ride once I am under 200! In may places, commercial horse riding venues will not allow you to rent a horse if you are over 200 (for a woman, men can weigh more and I ask you how does the horse know?), so it has been a long time since I got to go riding!
