I'm new here, but this place is awesome! I have been working on my weight (by myself) for a year now and have worked myself into a rigorous workout schedule, I'm doing stamina building this week, so I've been shooting for 7000! Here are my notes for this week so far!

Wednesday: 2065 - Cardio Weights: 30 minutes (arms, chest, back), Elliptical: 1.25 miles in 15 minutes = 5mph Mountain Bike (on road): 11.25 miles in 46 minutes, 2 minute sit time, 11.25 miles in 46 minutes = 14.67mph riding, 14.36mph total
